Who will I speak to?

You will either speak to Kat, Ellie, Claire or Yasmin who are in the office during our working hours 06:00 - 18:00. We also have an out-of-hours line, so if you have an urgent request, one of us will be able to help you.

Do I get confirmation when I've booked?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have booked with us with all your details of the airport transfer on. 

How do I pay?

All our bookings are charged after they take place and are not paid for in the car. Therefore, we take your card details at the time of booking and store them in our secure online booking system, so you can be charged after the booking has taken place. Once you have been charged, you will receive an email with your invoice attached. 

What information do you need?

When booking via telephone, we will first ask whether it is for personal or business travel and whether you have booked with us before. If you have travelled with us before, we will have your details saved. If this is your first time booking with us, we will need the following information:

  • Bookers name
  • Bookers email address
  • Passengers name
  • Passengers telephone number
  • Passengers email address
  • Travel details, including pick-up and drop-off addresses, the number of passengers travelling, amount of luggage and flight details if applicable 
  • Card details for payment if we do not already have these

Who do I email?

Please email the team at info@miltonexecutivecars.com and one of us will respond to you as quickly as possible.

What information do you need?

When booking by email, please include:

  • Passengers name
  • Passengers telephone number
  • Travel details, including pick-up and drop-off addresses, the number of passengers travelling, amount of luggage and flight details if applicable 
  • Card details for payment if we do not already have these. However, if you would prefer to call us with these, please do.

When should I expect a reply?

We aim to reply to you as soon as possible and will always respond by the end of the same working day.

Do I get a confirmation when I've booked?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation for the booking. We will also respond to your email to confirm we have booked this on for you.

Online:

What website do I book on?

To book online, go to our homepage and in the top right-hand corner click 'Book Online'.

How do I book online?

Once you are on the booking portal, it will ask for the following information about your journey:

  • Pickup date and time
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Flight number if applicable

On the next page, you will need to select which vehicle you would like. These range from a Mercedes E-Class to an 8-Seater. Each vehicle has the number of passengers and luggage it can carry.

Once you have selected the vehicle, it will take you to a page where it asks for your name and contact details including your phone number and email address. At this point, it will also ask you to call the office with your card details so the amount can be taken after the journey takes place.

Once you have submitted the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your airport transfers on. If you need to make any changes, please contact us by phone or email as soon as you can.

Can I find out the price before booking?

Yes, when you select the vehicle the price will show next to it. If it doesn’t, please give us a call and we will be able to give you a quote instantly.

Why do I have to phone you to give my card details?

Although we are looking to change this, at the moment we will need you to call in with your card details as the server does not provide an online payment option yet. However, this is being worked on currently.

Is there another way to pay?

You can either call or email us with your card details and we will load them straight onto the system for you. We will only need to do this once, therefore if you book again, you will not need to phone.

Other Information:

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can book as far in advance as you like, but we advise to book at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you have a last minute request for travel under 24 hours, please give us a call as you will not be able to book this online.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, a 50% charge will be incurred.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, a 100% charge will be incurred.
