We have a dedicated and experienced office team who are on hand 24/7 to answer all your questions. Whether you book online, over the phone or via email, one of the ladies on our team will get back to you quickly confirming your booking and will send a confirmation email with all your journey details on, including the price.
Our office hours are 6am – 6pm, but one of our staff members is always on call so if you have any problems, you can call our out of hours line.

Please note that all journeys must be pre-booked, however, if you need a taxi in less that 24 hours, please call or email and we will be able to help.
Once you have booked our chauffeur service online, you will always receive a confirmation email with all your journey details on.
Safety
Your safety is our priority and we have various checks in place to ensure this. As well as having all up-to-date paperwork of our licensed drivers, including DBS checks, all our vehicles are also well-equipped with air bags and other safety features. Find out more here.

Although just 2 percent of private hire drivers are female, we have two on our fleet and understand that some clients prefer to have a female taxi driver. If this is you, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.
