Meet and greet
When you book with us you have peace of mind that we will be there no matter what. If your flight is delayed or you take longer than usual to get through customs, we will always wait and never leave you.
Upon the chauffeurs arrival at the airport you will receive a text with their name, contact number, registration number and a link which will show a photo of them and where they will be standing in the terminal. This is to make it as safe and easy as possible for you to identify them. They will wait for you in the designated area with your name written on a Milton Executive Cars board.
The chauffeur will then carry your luggage to the car and take you to your destination. We meet and greet on every journey and this will never be a “charged extra”.
Child-friendly
All our vehicles are child-friendly with safety locks and Iso-fixes. Although we are unable to provide car seats due to insurance purposes, we are happy for you to bring yours for the journey. On the day of your outbound or return, the office team and chauffeurs will be checking live traffic updates and will be tracking your flight incase of any delays or it coming in early. If, for any reason, your flight is delayed, rest assured we are flexible and will wait for you no matter what, or rearrange a pick-up if it goes over into the next day.

Free Wifi
Whether your children want to watch a movie on their iPad or scroll through social media, don’t eat up your data and use our free on-board wifi instead. All our vehicles have their own wifi and the chauffeur will offer you the code at the start of your journey.
All passengers travelling will also be offered a complementary bottle of water for the journey.
7-Seaters and 8-Seaters
Book one of our executive minibuses for your family holiday transfers that seat up to 8 passengers. With plenty of space, these vehicles can fit all your luggage, prams and passengers with ease. These larger vehicles have all the luxury touches including heated front seats, dual-zone climate control and tinted windows for extra privacy.
