Milton Executive Cars Limited hold an Operators’ Licence with South Cambridgeshire District Council.

All our Chauffeurs are licensed with South Cambridgeshire District Council and have passed all relevant medical examinations and driving tests as set out by the Council.

All vehicles have Certificate of Compliance and are inspected and services at the required intervals.

All vehicles are covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Your safety is paramount. All our Chauffeurs drive in accordance with the rules of the road and at safe and sensible speeds.

At Milton Executive Cars Limited, punctuality is everything. However, sometimes circumstances completely out of our control cause delays. In these instances, we will contact you before the collection time and explain what course of action we are taking to get you to your destination on time.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route according to the condition on the road on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer. Changes made to the route made at Customers request are welcomed but come at the risk of the passenger.

Milton Executives Cars Limited reserves the right to charge for any extra mileage or expenses incurred for a requested deviation in route.

Clients property is carried entirely at the customers own risk Milton Executive Cars Limited shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
Milton Executive Cars Limited will keep lost property at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer.

Milton Executive Cars Ltd and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle on hire to them and will be charged for any repair or valeting required to restore a vehicle to working order.

Milton Executive Cars Limited maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.

Account holders payment terms are within 30 days from the date of invoice.

All prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 20%.

If paying by card, payment details are required at the time of booking, although payment is not taken until after the trip has taken place.

In the event of a card needing to be refunded, Milton Executive Cars will make the payment back to the card from which the original payment was made within 2 working days of the refund request.  Refunds will be made to the named cardholder only.  Payments are taken in £ Pound Sterling only.  A full copy of our refund policy is available upon request.

Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.

A receipt can be provided detailing the charges on request.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, a 50% charge will be incurred.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, a 100% charge will be incurred.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
